Dr. Randy Cornwall
Spirit Lake Eyecare Centre
Originally from Estherville, IA, Dr. Randy Cornwall attended ILCC and then SDSU before graduating from Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI. Upon completion of his doctorate degree, he spent one year at the Fayetteville, AR VAMC where he earned his residency certification in hospital-based optometry which focused on ocular and systemic disease.

Dr. Cornwall is a strong believer in customer service and offering a positive patient experience. He believes superior diagnostic technologies and clinical excellence should be the expectation of all of his patients.
Dr. Cornwall joined the Eyecare Centre in 1997 and is excited to be in a small-town community in northwest Iowa, providing a personalized approach to meeting his patient's needs. Dr. Cornwall is a residency-trained optometrist and is a member of the Iowa Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
He and his wife Stacie (Krummen) have three grown boys that they are extremely proud of: Nick, Nate and Jake. Stacie is also a small business owner at Cornwall Appraisal. In his free time, there is a good chance you may find him hunting, fishing, playing pickleball, working with his dogs, having family time or going on one of the many adventures that Stacie plans.

Dr. Jacob Jenness, OD, FAAO
Spirit Lake Eyecare Centre
Dr. Jacob Jenness is a residency-trained optometrist originally from Spirit Lake. After completing his undergraduate degree from Northwestern College in Orange City, Dr. Jenness chose to pursue a career in optometry and earned his optometric degree from the Michigan College of Optometry.
After graduation, Dr. Jenness chose to complete a residency and matched with Minnesota Eye Consultants in Minneapolis where he gained invaluable experience and knowledge in treating patients with corneal disease, glaucoma, cataracts, dry eye, and emergency ocular needs. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship with the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Jenness is a member of the American Academy of Optometry, the American Optometric Association, and the Iowa Optometric Association. He is passionate about staying up to date on the newest diagnostic and therapeutic advances in eyecare so that his patients can receive cutting edge service tailored to their individual needs.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Jenness is active in his church, a member of Kiwanis, and strives to serve his hometown community in whatever way he can. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Miranda and their two daughters, Remi and Margo. Dr. Jenness is also passionate about hunting and fishing and enjoys sharing the outdoors with friends and family.
Dr. Jenness feels honored to practice at the Eyecare Centre with its long standing reputation of providing high quality eye care since 1947.
Dr. Dawn Webb
Estherville Eyecare Centre
Dr. Dawn Webb earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2001. Immediately following graduation, Dr. Webb began practicing at Eyecare Centre in Estherville.
Dr. Webb grew up in LeMars, Iowa. She attended Southeast Missouri State University on an academic scholarship and graduated with Honors in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
Dr. Webb feels that it is important to work together with other optometrists and has been a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) since she was an optometry student and a member of the Iowa Optometric Association (IOA) since she moved back to Iowa. She is currently a member of the Education Committee of the IOA.
Dr. Webb also believes that it is important to give back to her community. She is a member of the Estherville Noon Kiwanis and an InfantSEE provider. She is also the Secretary of the Friends of the Estherville Public Library. In her time outside of work, Dr. Webb enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading and occasionally playing Bridge with friends.

As a partner at Eyecare Centre in Estherville, Dr. Webb cares for many kinds of patients (she sees patients of all ages, from 6 months to 105 years!) and caring for many kinds of eye health and vision problems. Her practice includes routine eye exams, diagnosis and management of ocular diseases, treatment of eye infections and eye injuries, co-management for LASIK and cataract surgeries, and fitting of most types of contact lenses.
Dr. Sam Butler
Spencer Eyecare Centre
Dr. Samuel Butler received his doctor of optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to optometry school, he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in biology and minor in chemistry from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Dr. Butler is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Iowa Optometric Association.
​
Dr. Butler's practice is primary care for patients of all ages, specializing in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease and vision disorders, contact lenses, as well as surgical consultations, pre and post-op surgical care including cataracts and LASIK.

Dr. Butler enjoys the outdoors, golfing, and time with his family.
